It's been a while since I've eaten at Marnee Thai in person as we always get take out, but we had guests visiting. We were able to get a table for 4 fairly quickly without any reservation. We ordered our favorite angel wings and pad Thai but this time tried the coconut noodles which was surprising and tasty, and a pork belly special to go with the white rice. I usually love their green chicken curry, but didn't order it on this visit. As always, everything was fresh and delicious, and dining in meant the angel wings were perfectly hot and crispy. Spice levels were mild and manageable but you can request to level this up if you want. Wish I had room for their mango sticky rice, but there's always next time.

Authentic tasty food! Everything that we ordered came out perfectly! We ordered about 5 items for a party of 4 and the portions were just right. Everyone was full and we also still had take home. The Thai iced tea was the perfect creamy and tasty blend. The service was as expected for a very busy place. We didn't mind the little wait we did. The place is small but there were more seating in the back for larger parties.

3.5 out of 5 I got the hotcakes special, green banana curry, and coconut stir fry vermicelli noddles, all of these were off the daily specials menu that day. The best thing was the hotcakes, this is a thai street food classic. The topped the soft and slightly chewy bite with corn, ham, green onion, and a bit of pumpkin with a drizzle of coconut syrup on top. It's a nice savory sweet combo. I've had these hotcakes in Thailand and this was comparable, but the abundance of toppings can feel a bit conflicting instead of choosing 2-3 toppings you want that go together better. The rest of the food was a disappointment to be honest, I love trying new food so when I saw coconut stir fry and banana curry I decided to try it out. Overall the food was good and yummy, but nothing spectacular and not quite what was advertised. The curry was basically a green thai curry with a banana in it ( granted still yummy and a nice flavor profile to add to the savory dish) and the noodles tasted simply like pad thai but with vermicelli, no coconut to be tasted. The food was good, but not what was expected when ordered. I would return, but it would not be a first choice and if I did return, I would 100% order something different besides the hotcakes.
